You can’t set deadlines or access a kanban-view. You can also share certain cards with other Google users and create custom labels and set reminders. Of course, the solution is far from being perfect. Google Keep, which is Google’s note-taking application, includes to-do list functionality: Google Keep But you could repurpose one of Google’s cloud-based solutions to collaborate on and manage projects.
